If all else fails just create a crystal formula field in the quote form

Susan,
As with all CR Forms, you can add anything you want using ODBC and
subreports...but, every client that prints the report has to be set up for
it, not just the server and the report person's computer.
A good start would be to have tech support send you the ODBC kit if you
don't have it yet.

I was trying to get away from the "every client needs to be set up". We
wanted to use the existing Vantage crystal form but it sounds like we
need to create a new report from scratch.
