Phone Numbers on Sales Order

Sharon -

Put both fields on the report on on top of the other. Then set up
suppression based on the length of the field returned from customer
contact.

Subject: [Vantage] Phone Numbers on Sales Order

Has anyone added the Purchasing and Shipping Phone numbers to the
SOFORM/Sales Order Acknowledgement in Crystal? I'm looking for
samples or advice. Since they're not stored in the OrderHed file, it
is getting complicated.

I started with subreports to add the phone numbers from the Customer
and CustCnt databases, put both on the report, and suppressed one or
the other based on if there is a contact number in the OrderHed. but
it doesn't account for null values in the phone number field. Is there
a better way to do this?

Now I know why they didn't include phone numbers in the first place!
Thank you
