How to Un-inspect a line

Hi all,

We need to unreceipt a PO line, but it was a line which was inspected. We would therefore like to un-inspect that line. I’m guessing this isn’t possible, but I thought I would inquire anyway.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Can’t…

Once an item is processed through inspection you can not un-inspect or un-receive it.

Your only option is to NCRM/DMR, issue a credit memo, add a new line on the PO, fix whatever the issue is, and receive the newline.

It’s a major pain in the @$$.
