How to use Kanban feature? What Pro or Con

We use it almost exclusively we have decreased our planning group by 2
positions by going to pull systems.
Kanban creates the job pulls the mom back flushes inventory and optionally
labor receives the parent part to inventory and closes the job.

I am working on this with Vantage support now. The only real issue I am
currently having is kanban receipts with 0 in the good column. If a new
operator runs 100 parts and are all scrap, Vantage currently will not accept
0 good and 100 scrap in the Kanban receipts. It will generate a job, but
will not backflush inventory or labor. I have been in contact with Vantage
support several times about this issue. Once this issue is solved, we are
going to implement in one product line.
