we had some bad performance issues. Apparently there is a new monitor put in place to monitor BPM, Functions, etc to see how often they are being called. It had to be turned off.
We also had some corrupt orders, we had to get a data fix to clean those up.
Some BPMs had to be re-published/deployed.

Anyone able to access updatable BPMs that were written in BAQs? We get redirected to the new Method directive screen and can’t see any of the BPMs that were written in updatable BAQs.
Otherwise somewhat smooth for us. Couple of dashboards with fields not showing correct and unable to receive cash receipts for 1 customer.

You should be able to hold down the alt key on the the keyboard when opening the BPM designer - it will pop up user settings and allow the user to specify they want to see the classic BPM screens. Alternatively you can go directly to your menu item and force it to classic for everyone. If you want to have access to both I recommend adding a second menu item and leaving one to open the browser and the other to open classic.

I have to amend this. Have had to delete kinetic personalizations for several users after the upgrade - symptoms were landing pages failing to filter properly (no errors - just don’t return results) and grids not loading - again no errors.
This wouldn’t be a big deal except that Epicor has STILL not created a personalization purge program for kinetic. Its just way way way overdue at this point. I see that once we got 100+votes on the daylight savings time issue, Epicor magically found the ability to fix it, despite telling us for 10+ years that it was impossible to fix. Anyone else dealing with EpicCare support that clearly does not know Epicor? Their standard response is “I think your report is broken, here’s an article…” I’m asking about a specific field and supplied them with the error report. Anyone else have trouble with their customized invoice form?
