Initialize Last Cycle Count Date

Hi Guys,

I’m trying to run initialize last cycle count date for the first time on our Live DB, but im getting the below error when I try to run it.

I went out to EpicCare and searched on their Knowledge Base.

This among other steps may help you out.

There is a program that you can request from Application Support that will clear the Last Cycle Date on all parts. Then you could run the Last Cycle Date process to estalish a new date schedule.

The issue ended up being there were some parts that had a ABC code assigned as “F” but F was not in our ABC code list, once I removed the F’s it ran fine.
