We choose the site at the mall across from the Gaylord to avoid needing a car, it’s a short walk across the Gaylord parking area.

I was sweating trying to get there for an award. I almost missed it!
Its a massive mall across from the Grand Ole Opry I’m not sure how sketchy it could be. We walked it the last time it was lovely and you get to walk by the Opry which is cool too

Yeah, it was just a big parking lot and garages between the resort and this mall, it seemed fine.
A few years ago Two of my female customers were robbed at gunpoint waiting outside the convention center for their Uber.
Maybe things are cleaned up these days.
However, a little caution and safety in numbers.

I seem to remember it as the Pirates of the Caribbean portion of Disney. That was a fun event! But that was a lot of brain cells ago.

@josecgomez Exactly!! Looked them up on Youtube and it seems a bit too ‘easy listening’ for my tastes, but I know plenty of folks will enjoy it even if it’s just background music for the food and drinks

Last time they had a country band, we couldn’t tell the difference between the elevator music and when they started playing.
They better not do food trucks again!!!
Yeah, they wouldn’t be my choice but hey at least there will be an open bar!

If they put me on they’ll have to drop the overall ticket prices too, maybe even offer refunds
