Inventory doubled in part quantity tracker

We have a problem where quantity in part quantity tracker doesn,t match with partbin.

there is some info here : Inventory in the shared warehouse gets counted for every site containing the shared warehouse - Kinetic ERP - Epicor User Help Forum
except we don’t use shared warehouse nor non-nettable bins.

part bin shows :
Site 01 Whse 01 GEN 12
Site 02 Whse 02 GEN 32

And Part Quantity Tracker shows
Site 01 Whse 01 GEN 12
Site 01 Whse 02 GEN 64

I found something weird in the part>site screen :

This matcht the table PlantWhse where I do have 3 rows.

The warehouse 02 is available in both site 01 AND 02. But I cannot delete it (Referenced by at least one Part Warehouse).

Any idea what is the implication there ? Most parts are set up correctly and shows one warehouse per site. 53 parts have that third plantWhse row, and it is always warehouse 02 showing for plant 01.

Yeah, you want to rectify that. Support has sent me a data fix in the past.

I think I hosed PlantWhse with a uBAQ for Primary Bin years ago and had to fix it.

And then there was this time - it had to do with a UD field:
