What can we expect when we change our process from order
entry,purchasing to schedule flow? to order entry, scheduling to
purchasing? Will we experince lower inventories? Will we experince
higher inventories? Delayed orders to our customers, due to lead times
ect...

We are job shop and the we have release work and make to order jobs.
