has anyone run into an issue that using the data management tool to load in open sales orders. after loading successfully, when we go to customer shipment and pull up a sales order to ship against, there is no quantity (therefore can't ship against the sales order).
the field - Request Qty under the lines/customer entry/detail screen - has a quantity, but does not with the sales orders that we loaded in by the dmt.
any suggestions?
