I think this issue is killing me – any updates? I can open my app just fine if I use the menu item directly but I can’t get any version of the app-open widget to work..
I have an app open widget. Works great under full licence, works great CRM in web browser, but CRM smart client it says “Invalid Session” and boots you out. Tried deleting cache. Made sure I was using the menu ID in the widget and not the app name..
I found we had a similar case open for kinetic printing screens in CRM, but the case was never resolved.
Any ideas? Have a few more things that need to be done before I can just make them use browser only.
