Edit: I see your profile mentions 2024.2.10, so it must mean that you are on prem.
We are getting errors where labor is not posting to GL if the issued materials and the required qty materials have different UOM. Even if with conversions they are the same. So if it requires 12 inches and we issue 1 foot it won’t post to GL (even if qty is complete and operation is complete). I have to open the job in job closing and that seems to run whatever service refreshes it, even if I don’t update the record.
That’s nice. It should still be something a security manager can do without having to log a support case. Its just adding hassle for no reason.
Make sure you get that in as a support ticket.
