A revisiting of the flex deadline would be mighty appreciated right now. That decision depended on the scheduled date, which was perfectly reasonable at that time.

We are about to start testing 2025.2 on-prem. Are you suggesting that we hold off until December to see the these fixes?

Our Pilot is getting .7 next Monday --Unless that gets delayed too-- so you may be able to apply it for your testing.
Sure. I need to get to the keys only when I need them. And then, only for a limited time with everything logged in the elevated state - preferably at a workstation dedicated to admin activities. No email access, no browser access. I don’t want to get blamed for not paying attention.
But I still can’t think of a reason I need keys to give a person impersonation. Epicor should have a process to do it when required without my assistance.

December is not the issue.. it is the version that needs to be installed that is important. The 2025.2.7 is the version that you should download and install. The dates that show DECEMBER are for the cloud.
Hello Tim, the predictive search and right click open with bug is now stated as completed by PD are you saying that we won’t have a fix until the December roll out of 2025.2.7 ?
Contact support to ask for a hotfix. I believe that there is one available for customers that are on .5 already
Support told us we’d have to wait for .7

hopefully not we cant afford to wait 1 month for this fix our whole processing of orders has drastically slowed down because of this

I’d do what @timshuwy said and ask them for a hot fix. Since they delayed the upgrade they may be willing to plus doesn’t hurt to have more ask to motivate them too.

Grids started displaying true / false instead of checkboxes.
We’re now stuck when this checkbox needs to be ticked.
e.g. Our team sometimes needs to check Manual Tax in AP Invoice Entry. This is no longer possible with this new true / false display.
Weirdly this only happens in the live environment and not our pilot environment. What did they install into Live?

Not that you should have to but you might be able to fix this with a simple screen customization to set the erp editor on that field to boolean. Looks like it has no setting right now.

if you are on the .5 version, then there should be a hotfix for this. This should be resolved in the .6 and .7 version.
