Job Material Parts with Blank Duedate

Our current process is to re-schedule the job.  However, the scheduler says the operations all revert back to the job start date.  She is frustrated with having to manually schedule the operations over and over.

Thanks,

Whenever new parts are added to a job after the job is scheduled, the parts do not have a due date.  Purchasing doesn't see the requirements properly.

This problem has happened since Vantage 8.  Has anyone worked around this issue successfully?  If so, I would be happy to hear any suggestions.

Try re-scheduling the job – even if it has the same due date.

Are you setting related operations in the MOM? I used to have a bpm to force the date, but after setting related operations to get back flushing to work the new material added has a related operation and the start date of that operation.

I am 905.702A and just tested with all bpms turned off and the related op and date filled in.
