Job number creation with MRP 8.03.410

Ouch! 

Anyone been able to work around this? I don't think our production team will be fond of this change.

Hi all,


We are trying to get our MRP to create job numbers with ordernum-line-release structure, I believe we have everything setup correctly in company maintenance but the numbers are being generated with the "next job" syntax. 



Any advice>?

You need to create the job from the Sales Order Entry Screen, using Actions > Order Job Wizard.

Oops – MRP jobs will not generate ordernum-line-rel structure.
