Not sure how it will translate to V 8.0 but I'll send ours off-list. We
have taken a radical approach and:
1. Taken out all shipping info and put that in another "version" for "only"
shipping info (because releases change all the time)
2. Split each oper sequence into its own page - so each work center has its
part
3. Sub report on each oper page to show the 4 opers before and after that
oper so people know where parts flow from/to
4. Considerable use of OperNotes on each oper page for check-offs
5. Seperate report to print sheets of job labels for use in many ways -
eliminating hand writing (or excuses for not writing)

All this makes extensive use of CR report distribution but I think CR 10 (or
11) and 8.0's hooks would allow similar function. Might be a starting place
for some ideas about what can be done.

Has anyone revised the Job Traveler report listing each Operation
with linked Material directly below the Operation?

This would provide a pick list of material needed for the Operation.

When we print the Job traveler for BOM's with sub assemblies, it only prints the sub assembly top level part number but does not print the material within the subassembly.

Is there any way to get this to print?

When you click the Job Traveller Print button, there is a subassemblies
check box in the print options screen. You need to ensure this is
checked to get your subassemblies to print out, also tick separate page
per assembly if you want this option.
