I was wondering the same thing! Especially since the major update to 2024.2 is supposed to happen 4 days later (for non-flex).
I could buy it if it was supposed to be December 21…a Saturday…but a Wednesday?
I saw that as well, was wondering why maintenance would be during business hours for cloud customers.
Just got the same alert a second time. Thought they maybe changed it, but nope… still in the middle of a work day.
They changed it to non production now.

Where is the email from them stating it was a mistake?
EpicCare - can’t even put up a statement to clarify the issue.
I have also submitted a EpicCare ticket asking them to clarify and even gave them a link to this post suggesting they may want to put out a clarification as it is already causing concern with several Epicor users. Also I am just here for more “& nbsp ;” action
