I seem to have found a collision of Epicor idiosyncrasies that is causing me grief.

BAQ date parameters come into a dynamic report RDD as datetime, BUT Kinetic forms don’t have a datetime picker as far as I’m aware. Values coming in from the date picker cause the report to error, ~but when I tested changing the control to a drop down with a datetime value it succeeds.~ It turns out that it only works when a constant value is set.

Being able to run this in the browser is an important part of my use case for the report. Any ideas on how to work around this?

Do you need the parameter in your BAQ to be datetime?

I think if you change your parameter type at the BAQ level to not be datettime it would work maybe?

The parameter in my BAQ actually is a date. When I add the BAQ to the RDD it shows up as a datetime in criteria mappings.

Interesting, can you change the parameter prompt type though in the RDD.
