Kinetic (SaaS) - Application Studio layers causing problems?

We just went live on April 15th with Kinetic (Saas).

Over the past few weeks there have been times when many users cannot open apps that I have created a custom layer for. Many of these are simply screen layout changes, moving fields around and/or adding some UD fields.
The user will see an Error, Business Layer Exception. When this happens, not all users have the problem. It will often be 2 or 3 users.

Does anyone else experience this type of thing and what do you do about it (if anything)?

Yes, we’ve been fighting this for years. I believe the cache on the server is getting corrupted when a layer exists and multiple users try to open the app it applies to at the same time…or if a user has it open in App Studio and at the same time a user tries to run the app…honestly I never got a truly straight answer, but it’s something like what I’m describing here. We had a hotfix installed on our Pilot site we’re supposed to be testing that is supposed to intercept the error, rebuild the cache and reload without throwing an error.
