Cannot open anything in Application Studio

I was setting things up in Menu Maintenance and working on customizing dashboards all morning. Now, I cannot open any layer or base, nothing even populates.

I click layer in the top right to change and I get a slide out error = Parameter formKey is not found in the input object.

Anyone know why this is happening?

Well, for anyone having this problem, you must log out and Ctrl Shift Delete and clear your cache and cookies. Something was corrupted.
