Built several updatable dashboards and they work fine in classic, when we deploy to Kinetic. All the features are missing, we can’t select anything or get list or even update.
Has anyone successfully deployed a Kinetic Updatable Dashboard.
Unfortunately, the best option is to rebuild from scratch.
Kinetic does not currently support updateable dashboards, you need to deploy a classic version of the dashboard to allow users to update
The last that we heard from Epicor Support was:
“it will not happen in 2023.1, so probably 2023.2.”

Thank you, unfortunately. we are running in the Kinetic Web Browser, so Classic is not an option.

Time to build a web app and interface with rest.
I don’t envy you.
You can do it, but it won’t do it automatically when you convert; you’ll have to put some sweat equity in.

yes, we still have more landing strip in front of us for both Updatable BAQs, and Dashboard creation. The current Application Studio has a really good app creation wizard that replaces the old dashboard program. The results of the wizard can then be customized (hey… you are already in App Studio) and made to work the way that you want. We are still working on improving these wizards and features. We are not done.
