I’ve noticed that when we convert a quote into an order the kit details don’t pull through, even though they appeared in the quote screen. If we cancel the line and add another it does then pull in the kit details.
Is this something that anyone else has experienced please?
Before you turn the quote into an order click save, the kit details should then go through, then convert to an order.
