I searched and didn’t find anything on this one. When we pull an quote over into an order the pricing doesn’t always pull through correctly. If we input it into an order with out migrating, it works correctly. But when we just try to migrate it over, it doesn’t work correctly. Anyone had these same issues?
Yes, we have. When you enter a price on a quote, the field that gets passed to the order is different than the field that displays on the quote entry screen / prints on the quote form. When our users would enter the price on the field on the details tab, all worked great, but if they entered it in the list / grid directly we had issues. We needed to be very particular in what price fields we made available in the grid since some populate the price that gets passed to the order and some don’t.
