Kit on Invoice Blank Title 77790

Is anyone aware of a quick fix for the situation where kit and/or components DO NOT print on invoice.

The components print on the pick ticket, but not on the invoice at all. The kit setup has all boxes checked for printing, but the invoice comes out complete, with header, billing, misc charge info, etc...but the line detail on the invoice is completely blank. Invoices without kits do not show this problem.

So, while it appears that something is simply amiss with the report, I was hoping someone could point me directly to the issue without having to do much investigation.

Three quick questions about Annotation use in 8.03.

1. Are Annotations lost when you upgrade or load a patch?
2. Can you print the Annotations in 8.03?
3. Does anyone use this function for their documentation?

1. No as they're stored within the Vantage DB.
2. Yes
3. Not us.

To add to what Nigel said, we don't use them either for one big reason. Annotations are not searchable.
