LaborHed lock by capture, locked by payroll but guess what I want to

LaborHed is locked by capture, locked by payroll but yes I would like to change information in the LaborHed.TranSet field.

Is it possible? Any updatable BAQ still says the record is locked.

Are we having fun yet!
