Last Printed report for Job Travelers

If you are on v8, you could just turn auditing on against the last date printed field.

Shouldn't be much of a stretch to then poke in and search the (text based) audit log records.

1. SysTask - This is a list of all processes ran during the day. Be
aware that it will not list any ODBC reports; only normal Vantage processes.
2. SysTaskLog - This table will provide you with the ending status of
the job and any error messages associated with it.
3. SysTaskParam - This table will provide you with who ran the job and
from what workstation as well as the parameters and/or options selected for
the job.

I have a dashboard that provides me with a list of task but it is only in
summary. If you need to get detailed information then I would use a BAQ
report with the necessary selection options and then use Crystal Reports to
massage the data.

The data in those tables is not maintained indefinitely. Vantage seems to
perform an automatic cleanup periodically although I have not researched it
enough to give you an indication of how often.

Subject: [Vantage] Last Printed report for Job Travelers

Is there a way to create a report that displays who printed job
travelers? I need to display each user, when, and what they printed.

Thanks,
