I assume you’re talking E9 - the tag on the post says ERP 9 but by your name it has 10.1.
For E9, I’ve found you can’t delete any of the files that were created since the last time the Epicor app servers were restarted. For my E9 clients, I typically have a script set up to shut down and restart app servers once a week, and in that script it cleans up those files before it brings the app servers back up.
