I need to change user accounts but the “Logout” option is not showing under the User icon menu.
I have tried unticking “Require Single Sign-On” from my user profile but the option is still not showing.
Any guidance greatly appreciated

I think you will find that logout is only available in the Browser version.
Smart Client
Browser
As @Hally mentioned, in Browser you can log-out. In Client you need to click on the User Icon, then Settings… then you can Change User:
That option is not available so must be a system configuration somewhere
Will investigate system config further.
Thanks
Steve
As mentioned above, it’s only in the browser and not the classic client. You’re not seeing it in the Browser? (Screenshot is clipped, so we can’t see.)
Maybe check the User Account Settings under Security. Maybe it needs Allow Multiple Sessions?
We are using classic client.
The screen @dcamlin showed is there just not the “Change User” option.
Will check the User Security .
Thanks
Steve
Yeah, that’s not it. I see it in the 2024.1 documentation screen for User | Settings. I agree. Something strange is going on there. What type of authentication are you using? Basic, Windows, or Entra ID/IdP?
We have just cutover to using Azure AD SSO.
But I have removed “Requires SSO” from my user profile and my External Identity but it still appears to be logging in SSO and that option is not available.
Thanks
Steve
