We are slowly transitioning from Epicor 10 to Kinetic and plan to use the Kinetic Web UI fully.
We noticed that when generating reports, like the Job Traveler, the screen shows preview and client print, and in the three dots to the right, you can choose to network print. We are wondering if there is a way to hide client print and show network print in it’s place company wide, rather than having to possibly customize every screen?
For some reason that doesn’t seem to be working for me, the print icon greyed out and also greyed out the network print button too
Do you have Network printing setup and printers defined? If yes, open a call with Support.
And for on-prem, Network Printers are printers that are accessible from the Kinetic Server and configured in printer maintenance.
Yes we do have Network Printers added to Kinetic and functioning. After I refreshed my cache, Network Print became available again, however, it’s still in the 3 dots menu, is there a way to make this option take the place of the client print button or will client print always be there, just greyed out?
