We have a large amount of lines in Transfer Order entry that have been sitting with no activity, we would like to just delete lines that haven’t had any quantity shipped against it, or close any open lines that were partially shipped.
Tried doing this via DMT, but we run into a “Cannot update a shipped order” error. I’m assuming this is because there are other lines on the Transfer Order that were successfully shipped, triggering the Shipped flag on the transfer order header.
Is there anyway we can go about this other than having to go into each order one by one, manually closing/deleting these lines?
I would try closing the order lines via DMT as opposed to the order header, if you haven’t tried that already. When all lines close, the header should close anyway.
DMT will give you a CSV with the data that didn’t get processed, which you may have to do manually. But that will at least narrow down your scope.
Thanks, but I’m dealing with Transfer Orders, as supposed to the regular Order Entry function of Epicor. The only DMT’s I can work with are these below:
