Modern View won't load. Classic View works ok

We have one user who cannot sign in to Epicor unless she checks Classic View. She gets an unknown error when she does not check it, and then Epicor exits. Other users on the same computer CAN sign in to modern view and do not need to check Classic style, which leads me to think it is some kind of personalization on her Epicor start screen that is causing the problem. But since she can’t sign in that way to reset or customize the start screen, how can I reset her personalizations for Modern view?

Some additional searching turned up “Personalization Purge” in System Management / Purge Cleanup Routines. I didn’t know that was there!
