Our team has requested some additional information displayed in this grid under attachments. After tracing, dev tools in browser and hunting around in application studio not finding a reference to an actual application to edit. Has anyone made updates to this flyout?

Thank you. That looks like a similar stream. We are on prem so there shouldn’t be anything specifically preventing us from customizing it.
As far as I know, it’s built in to the javascript, so I doubt you are going to be able to do it.
We’re on-prem, too, but I haven’t found any way to customize it. I second what @klincecum says.
