MOM Total Operation Hours for a top level part

I have been asked to show the total hours associated with a top level assembly (that includes the lower level hours also).

I know this can be done at the Job level. However, i am looking for an equivalent in the MOM.
The BOM Cost report shows cost but not hours.
Any suggestions welcome.

Do you run the Manufacturing Lead Time Calculation? You could use that.

Mr. John: Thanks for the suggestion - i did not know about that one.
It looks like a process that creates a file on the server? is that correct?

It’s a process that calculates the manufacturing time and displays it in the part record.

Mr. John: I like your suggestion that would make life much easier for me.

I am trying to understand how the total factors in the Part Rev? It looks like the total is stored in PartPlant.TotMfgLeadTimeSys which does not appear to be associated with any Revisions. Our Rev’s can have large swings.

Any thoughts appreciated.

I believe the functionality assumes you only have 1 approved revision with current validity dates. If you have more, I’m not sure how it would behave.
