This is the wish list of what we want to do....
We have many routine monthly jobs which we would like to group under a
project.
This project needs all associated jobs created new each month then
closed at the end of each month. Thus the cost of the jobs falls into the
proper month.
Labor and materials are charged against the jobs, accumulated total to the
project.
For example: we group the maintenance work done on six machines to a
project,
we want to know the monthly cost of maintaining these six machines and the
cost of the group of machines.
Is there a way to close out a project each month and have it close out the
related jobs?
Then create a new project each month, and have the project create the same
set of jobs each month?
All suggestions appreciated.
