I tried the split PO and changed the purchasing comment on the material at the job level but we still did not get different suggestions.  one thing we noticed is that it does  not look like time phase can see the warehouses within the plants

We are trying to be able to have multiple warehouses in one plant and be able to get purchase suggestions by warehouse.  we may have the same material but it is needed in different parts of the mill say dock A and dock T we want to be able to issue the PO for each say 10,000 lbs to dock A and 5,000lbs to Dock T and be able to get that from PO suggestions, currently the system will only give us the suggestion for the primary warehouse even though at the opertion level we told it to pull from the other warehouse.

I have a routine that runs on POSugg.GetRowsPlant that you can adapt for this, but first I would try setting Split PO line on Part Class and put the warehouse you want tin the Purchasing Comment.. here is the help file description.

if that doesn’t work or is not available in your version, then email me and I will sent to you.

Split PO Line

Indicates that purchase suggestions for part records with unique Purchasing comments should generate a different purchase order line for each part entry.

Example: Part DSS-1000 is requested by two different operation lines on a job. If this check box is selected and the Purchasing comments are different for each operation line, the parts are kept as two different purchase order suggestions. If the check box is cleared, the parts would be combined into a single purchase order suggestion.
