Need Filtering help!

When you run the BAQ query is the part there?

Also, were there any changes to the part number in production that did not happen in test?

Nope. I removed the criteria from the BAQ. The report runs fine with any/all other numbers. It is specifically one part number that is giving us the problem.

I created a report and placed it in a customers "test" and "production" databases. They responded that a specific part number would populate in the test db but not in the production db. I have bounced the issue along to my coworkers but neither of us could get a return on that specific part number in production db. We have narrowed the issue down to filtering. we placed filters on the BAQ and it returned data but when we chose the filters on the menu item we keep getting the same "no records selected". I am fairly new to Crystal and would appreciate any/all input on this matter. Thank you.

Is there a leftover filter somewhere on the BAQ that was used for testing?

Run the report without any filters – does the part number show up?
