New entity- Grant user access

Dear community,

I would appreciate some advice on setting up user access to an additional entity newly set up.

The system manager has access and my understanding is that, the system manager grants access to others user but don’t know how.

If they system manager is can view the new entity, would they go under that entity and go to user maintenance and apply the new entity to the user profile?

If anyone has a process or screenshots that would be really helpful.

Correct, you give the user access to new companies in User Account Maintenance on the Company tab.

AND you can go into the “Group” tab and give the users access to different security groups.

Thank you, that worked I had to be under the system manager.

Now if I want to change the security manager to the IT personal how do I do that? My understanding is that my email is attached to the Epicor console setup that’s why I can add entity. How do I give that option to others.
