I apologize for the off topic but I am in over my head on this. We lease a
Merlin Legend telephone system. We were looking at upgrading to a Merlin
Magix system at the end of our 5 year lease. The vendor seems to be jacking
me around on getting out of my lease six months early. We can do it, but I
think I am getting sandbagged on the pricing.
Can anyone recommend a competing telephone system? Do you have any comments
on the Merlin family of products? We have 10-12 incoming lines, 30
extensions in-house, an auto attendant, voice mail, music on hold, etc.
We would like to add direct in dial, additional phone lines, and high speed
data access. We are looking at one or more TI lines to handle long distance
and data needs. The phone system would connect to my LAN via a
gateway/firewall.
Got any suggestions?
