One user can't see Invoices from Supplier Tracker

We have a strange situation where one of our users can’t see the Invoices from the Supplier Tracker form. If you are in the Supplier Tracker, load a supplier, then go to Links > Invoices > All, you should see all of the invoices for that supplier. And this works for all users. One user, however does not see any invoices. She is the purchasing manager and has the required permissions. It almost seems like a form or screen issue but I deleted the users personalizations for that screen. We also tried logging into Epicor from a different PC and the issue is still there. When another user with similar permissions/groups tries it, it works, and also works for me. Any ideas on what this could be?

Any chances there are multiple Companies or Sites in your environment and the user does not have access to the other company/site?

No I don’t think that is it. We don’t use the second company except for a few people. And one of her co workers can see the invoices fine.

Have the affected user try this:

  • Open Supplier Tracker
  • Actions > Transaction History Range
  • Set the Number of Days to 0
  • Check Save Settings
  • Refresh
  • Party at a problem solved?
