Order Entry form to use is classic and the drop down is greyed out

Hi,

I want to have our Order Entry screen open in Kinetic, but its the dropdown box for “Form to use” is greyed out, do I need to change a setting somewhere?

If you’re on Kinetic 2021, there is a program called Kinetic Application Manager (or something like that). Open that, and you’ll find a menu tree that you can toggle Kinetic availability and preference.
