opportunity. They are planning on rolling out and implementing E9 globally.
If interested, contact the recruiter (Lanny Lower) directly. His info is at

Title: Director of IT - (ERP)
Reports to: CFO
Location: Southern Indiana
Expected pay range: $115,000 - $130,000 (Ideal range being
$120,000-$125,000) - Relocation will be offered as a Sign on Bonus
Plan to placement: Start Date is Early to Mid March
They've been in business for 75+ years and have generated around $40 million
in revenues for 2013. My client needs a leader that realizes there will be
some heavy lifting to get to where they need to go. If you're the slightest
bit hesitant about big challenges, I would ask that we don't proceed as this
isn't going to be easy work at the onset but they will reward the individual
appropriately. This role has the potential to grow into a CIO level role
once the candidate has proven themselves in their current role.
There are about 6-7 total direct reports with 5 reports at the onsite
location with two others working at other locations. Their Senior
leadership team is very open to changing out their current IT team as they
don't feel they have a very strong one in place. That being said they want
someone who can assess the current team/needs and make the necessary changes
to improve this area. My client needs an individual that is strategic in
their thinking and planning. Ideal candidate will have successful track
record in ERP implementations, Project Management, Global Enterprise
Architecture, BI Solutions, Budget Administration as well as manufacturing
experience. Some key areas of expertise are as follows:
. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area with at least 12
years of experience in the field. MBA is recommended.
. Establishes and directs the strategic long-term goals, policies
and procedures for the information technology department. Determines the
company's long-term systems needs and any hardware acquisitions needed to
accomplish the company's business objectives.
. Directs all aspects of IT/IS, including operations, business and
process applications, infrastructure and services for four domestic sites
and one international site.
. In depth expertise in Infrastructure design and implementation in
a complex, geographically distributed environment.
. Budgeting, planning at a very high level, down to the lowest
details.
. Performance Based Incentive - Based off Profits (could be as high
as 20%)
. 401 (k) with 100% match up to 6%
. Benefits
. Optional vision and dental
. Company funded short term and long term disability
. Life Insurance
. PTO can be negotiated with 3 weeks being the max
Relocation assistance is provided depending situation
