Wendy, I think you need to create a macro tied to a button
or the last cell update on the form that would insert the
data into the 'data' worksheet where you want it to.
A simple macro like this isn't too bad to make and you
shouldn't need VB or the cell references.

Subject: [Vantage] (OT)Excel formula question
Hey everyone!
Hopefully this question can be answered without having to go to Visual
Basic, 'cuz I'll still working on my Visual Basic skills.
I have 2 worksheets and in one worksheet a few of the cells reference (are
linked to) a few of the other worksheets cells. The one worksheet is a form
and when people fill out certain cells in the form they get "dumped" into
the other worksheet. Each time that someone fills out the form the data
overwrites the previous data in the worksheet. How do I get the data to stop
being overwritten? I would like the data from the form to dump into the
worksheet, then the next time someone fills out the form I don't want the
data overwritten in the worksheet. I would like it to write to the next row
and preserve the first row's data.
Hope I didn't make this too confusing to understand.
Thanks gang!
