Yeah, there's something like "prevent access to drives from My Computer".

What is your goal? "Security Through Obscurity" has long been considered
not very secure. The drives on your Vantage server should be configured
read-only to most all users, anyway. I'd guess you could even change the
security to disallow directory listings with out affecting Vantage
(educated guess, you'll have to try it yourself.)

Enforcing security at the server is the only way to go, if you're trying to
prevent accidental or malicious changes to the files.
