OT-Need file "NewODBC50Fix.zip"

I am trying to locate this file, having problems loading ODBC for 5.0
on an XP notebook. I have the ODBC cofiguration sheet from the VMUG
ftp, but cannot locate the file it refers to. You are welcome to call
with advice also! Any help greatly appreciated!
