I think this may be a bug from our data conversion by Epicor but just now stumbled across it.
The data in there in the custom field but does not show until you click on the box.
Missing:
After clicked in box ONLY shows when in that box
Check the formatting on the number box. If you have a lot of extra leading characters in the format mask, the field will end up pushing the actual numbers off to the right-hand side so they’re not visible (even if the extra characters aren’t used). When you click to enter the box the text is pulled over to focus on where the cursor is.
