Payroll

Normally our production people do not get paid personal time. However over the holidays we are paying them. I want the personal time to show on check stub and the amount to be allocated to the correct GL account. I have tried going into time entry and posting indirect to personal time (have tried Unchecking and checking PR) on front screen. On payroll check entry I am manually putting hours for personal time but it is not getting posted to gl when I run the register. Where am I going wrong?
