I have a weird one and I would greatly appreciate any feedback the group can provide. We are on Vantage 8.03.408B and recently we created a Crystal Report that prints a 2D PDF417 Barcode label.
When we print this label from Crystal XI R2, it prints and scan's just fine; no problems at all.
When we print this exact same label from Vantage 8.03.408B, to the exact same printer, and scan it with the exact same scanner, it will not scan.
Any input would be greatly appreciated. Epicor bug?
