Why can’t I use the PDT with the HTTPS binding?
It says it expects a net.tcp, but if I switch it to that, it spins for days (we didn’t deploy net.tcp).
Do I have to configure my app server to have the net.tcp binding in addition to HTTPS before I can use the PDT on it?

What if you try to use net.tcp and just change your Connection Method? or perhaps use HTTPS and check your Connection Method.

Not until you double check your config and make sure all T-Flags are Passing 
My T-Flags are ALWAYS passing.
And I did just check them to be sure, lol.
