Planning Parameters without running MRP?

Just looking to see if anyone can confirm.

Is the only way to get Jobs created based off of the Planning parameters entered on the Part through running MRP?

So far, I have tried Order Job Wizard, Job Manager, and Planning Workbench to try and create jobs for a part that use the Multiple, Min Lot, and Max Lot on the Part. None of them work, so I am guessing only the MRP engine can do it.

Correct, these values are for MRP / PO Suggestions, and not for manual creation of jobs.
