Po Detail BPM help

I am trying to create a BPM to highlight the substitution button on the
PO line screen. In my testing I am using update PO method. I defined my
Pre-processing directive as follows the PODetail.SubAvail field of the
changed row is equal to the true value I am trying to display an
informational message (once the message displays I can work on
highlighting the button). No luck. What am I missing?
